A downloadable project for Windows

Spatial Inventory System implementation for Unreal Engine 4.27. This prototype is an early showcase of an upcoming RPG game production. Details are a secret for now. Later on a more appropriate UI and gameplay mechanics will be added.

For now its just a showcase about RPG mechanics implementation. 

KEY BINDINGS:

I(not lowercase of L ) - Inventory Button, can be triggered anywhere

F - Use button for doors and chests(lamp object for now)

Mouse Controller Left - To drop or change locations of items while inventory or transfer inventory User Interfaces are open.

Mouse Left +( R ) - Rotate item while holding it over Inventory UI

W,A,S,D - Keys for movement

NOTE: You can not use items for now(will be implemented soon), but you can grab and drop items whenever you want. In order to pick an item just move over it the character. If you want to drop an item just drag it from Inventory Cells to outer scene. It will be immediately spawned on the floor.

NOTE 2: This is a showcase for Game Developer Interviews to show them I am not loitering around. I do Unity prototypes too just ask! And there is more things we implemented but not ready yet, I published this just because 7 out of 5 interviewers asked for it. 

NOTE 3: If you want to know more about, yes I am going to improve it and publish a video for people who wants to do too. With a friend of mine we are trying our best to improve ourselves but without a proper job its frustrating to improve it faster without any income at all. So if you want to hire me for part time or full time work I would love to!

Install instructions

Extract the zip file to any location you would like to play. Then open the file and double click the SpatialInventoryTest.exe file to play. 

WHAT ? You can't exit the game? Yeah I had no time for that just Alt + F4 it.
